His background includes Financial Business Partnering, Business Analytics, Systems Management and Implementation, Financial Planning and Analytics, Project Management, Management Accounting, Data Analytics, Tax Compliance, and Client Advisory.
Since joining Care Park in October 2021, Tyler has embarked on an extraordinary journey. His tenure has been defined by transformative changes within the finance team, aimed at better supporting the company’s growth.
Tyler embraced the challenge of evaluating and improving current systems, crafting innovative strategies that enhanced the functionality and alignment of the finance department with Care Park’s goals. Key to this success were the strong relationships and dedication of his team members.
A strategic shift to a hybrid workforce model has proven beneficial, enabling specialised financial partnering across the globe. A highlight of Tyler’s role has been the implementation of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, elevating Care Park’s compliance, reporting, and analytics. This project, among others, has streamlined processes and accelerated the company’s global growth.
